Belinda Gilbert

Belinda has worked in the transport industry for 30 years, starting on the floor welding and polishing, and working her way through the family business her parents started in 1976. Today she is part of a great team with the business employing more than 90 staff. Byford Equipment’s core business is the manufacture of road tankers to transport milk, wine, water, chemical and bitumen across the country.

Working her way through a male-dominated industry, Belinda has learnt to be resilient, persistent, open-minded and adaptable. She prides herself on building relationships with people and creating a strong connection.

Belinda loves caravanning with her family, and with three children aged 14, 12 and 10, is also very involved with their activities, recently signing on with the local Soccer Club to join their committee for 2024. 

Belinda is looking forward to the opportunity to be involved with a great board that delivers many wonderful things to our community.
